Can't run build thumbnails

I have just installed gallery and no matter what i do it won't show my image thumbnails, i tried running the manual updated and it says success but underneath says 2 items failed which is the amount of pictures on there.

Any help is appreciated.

disable the square thumbnail module.
add a item doe sit work?

I should of read the troubleshooting section on the site as it revealed all,

I just uninstalled the pictutre editor things and reinstalled, now it works.
