Hi,

I am new to gallery. I've gone through the documentation quite a bit regarding the way themes work, how to modify one (using /local), etc and done some customizations like removing the footer, as to better integrate gallery2 in a blog page.

One thing right now I can't seem to find is: where/how I could change the text shown on the bottom of the root gallery2 output page: "This is the main page of your Gallery"

I'd rather have it read something else, or absent that option, remove it.

I appreciate your help.

Found it.

I had customized several files in /local ... so I had to restore back to the original album.tpl in order to be able to "Edit Album" ... which allows me to change that text block.

I don't really like keeping the default administrative stuff visible in or underneath the Gallery.

Guess I will have to read up some more, and play around with gallery a bit more before I edit files and paint myself in a corner like I did.
