Creating new user accounts

Hi all!

I just installed gallery2 on my windows xp sp3 computer running xampp. Gallery2 seems to run fine but there is something I could not find:

How can new users create their own account? Guess there must be a 'create account'-Button...

thanks - that was exactly what I was looking for. I 've been searching through the faq but I used the wrong words.

One more question: I installed the German language for my gallery2 but the register-module although appears in English. Is there an easy way to switch the register-module to German, too? Or do I have to edit the code files? In that case: Which files do I have to translate?
