Limit access to IP address

I just installed gallery 2.3 and am having a technical issue. I'm not a developer, so bare with me please. I'm trying to eliminate access to outside parties. I'm looking for a way to limit access by IP address. Does anyone know what I need to do? A pre- thanks. |
