I recently did a migration from one server to another. I followed these directions for most of the move:

In a few of my albums, the thumbnails have not been generated and are showing that default image...
I'd like to rebuild the thumbnails on those albums, but not all 24,000 images. Is that possible?!

Yes, go into those albums, click Edit Album > Album (tab) and from there you can rebuild the thumbs and resizes for that album and sub-albums if you like.
