getting gallery into website module ?

hi
i am a neewbie , i am using justhost that has a gallery module within its sitebuilder already , but i dont want to use their gallery
i want to use the gallery from this site

i have managed to install Gallery from this site using the tutorials i have and have pictures up and running on a webpage

the problem i am having is getting them to interact with my website, ie working from the home page and going to the gallery pages
i presume that using my FTP prog i need to add Gallery from this website into my 'modules'folder on my website
i have tried this but it does not work
there is already a gallery in the modules section as stated above

is it possible to add this gallery from this site into my modules of my website

i have tried renaming the gallery already in modules and moving this sites gallery into the modules folder using the FTP prog but it didn't work

any ideas how i can put this gallery into my modules folder?
