Cannot redeclare class Gallery

I have
Gallery2 locations Error

My gallery is under the folder drpl in the folder gallery2 drpl/gallery2

i enter this in the Gallery2 URL or URI: field

and when i press Test location Settings i get ..

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Gallery in /var/www/vhosts/cg-contest.com/httpdocs/drpl/gallery2/modules/core/classes/Gallery.class on line 31

same error when i put the whole address http:/ ...

and same error when i try to use the Manual Configuration

I'm also having this issue on our site, except this problem appeared on it's own somehow. IT was working fine, then today it suddenly ceased to work. I had to go into the database manually to turn off the modules, else that error would prevent me from accessing the module admin page!
