Plugin upgrades available.... but not really

Hello,

I recently upgraded my core installation to 2.3 from 2.2.5 (Thanks again, Andy!!!). The "get more plugins" list now shows many upgrades available, but the "installed" and "available" versions are the same. When I click on "upgrade" there is no upgraded version available.

I'm somewhat confused...
