[checkout] plugin problems after codebase re-install

I have had to re-install the code-base for g2. I managed to re-use the database which had all the existing data from my gallery install. I have been using the checkout modules for my ordering system, however these are not included in the install package. When I visit the plugin repository, g2 will not allow me to download and install the plugin where the build number is the same as that which is registered as installed in the database. Is there some way around this?

Gallery version: 2.3 core 1.3.0
Module / Theme name & version: Checkout 0.4.3 & associated plugins
PHP version (e.g. 5.1.6): 5.25
Webserver: Apache/2.0.52 (CentOS)
Database: mysqlt 4.1.22
Activated toolkits: ArchiveUpload, Exif, Gd
Operating system (e.g. Linux): Linux

I'm not sure from what you've said exactly what state your database is in - but, you could try dowloading/unpacking the tarball directly from SourceForge (http://gallery-contrib.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/gallery-contrib/trunk/gallery2/modules/checkout.tar.gz?view=tar) - or maybe this could be useful: FAQ: How can I deactivate a module when I am unable to login? so you can deactivate the module manually.
