I would like to use this for my Family. - Have questions first if it can do what I want.

I would like to use this script so that my family can post photo's to it. Also so extended families can as well, each would have their own folder/album. "Example: Smith, Jones, Sanders, etc" They would be able to upload only to their album and if needed create sub albums under their main one. They would be able to view all folders but only upload to their folders. When new photo's are uploaded an email goes out to the other families saying the Jones family just upload new photos. Can you upload videos also? Example: |

Ok so when you upload you have to check a box to notify everyone of the new photos?
What about the Upload and view only permissions?
