Problem with cart and ZIP download

When I add many pics to the cart (~200), the layout will be destroyed and the zip-download won't start. Outside the joomla integration it's working fine. Any ideas? joomla 1.5 wih gallery2 bridge in firefox 3b and safari Thx |
