User Registration with auto group configuration and seperate terms acceptance form

Hi all I am wondering is someone has or there is a way of creating a radio button on the Register page that will define what group the user wishes to register to.
and after the new user submits the infomation a terms page show up the type of user selected that has to be accepted before the informatiopn is passed to the database and the user is registerd in the site.
EG:

Username
Real Name
Password
Re_enter password
E-mail

once the terms have been accepted the new user is placed into the group that has been chosen.

I implemented something similar here :

I somehow integrated the registration with paypal's subscription feature, so that paypal will automatically (re)charge the user every x month to stay in the group.
