Configuration Problem!!! PLease help!

I am trying to configure the gallery, I have installed Gallery v1.5.2-pl2 . And every time I login and go to the Administrator pane, and click on ''configuration wizard''... when i do that... i get the following message...

Reconfiguring Gallery through the configuration wizard has been disabled.
Please modify the /***/***/***/***/gallery.config.php to make the changes you need.

What changes should I make on it?

I am a newbie trying to work this application, could someone please tell me what to do!
