I am an event photographer and I would like to use G2 on-site at my shows. I will be the only one "uploading" photos to G2 running on a laptop with MySql and Apache server.
My question is: Can Users build their own gallery by selecting or copying photos from the galleries I create?
My customers need to come by my booth often throughout a weekend and add photos to their gallery. Then, on Sunday, they need to look at only their gallery to select items for their shopping cart. I know the shopping cart is a separate problem. I just need to know if they can create a User account/gallery and add photos to it multiple times over a weekend.
Thanks.
Mike

I think you've not gotten a response yet because it's hard to understand what you are doing.
Gallery = your gallery installation on your website
Albums = albums inside your gallery installation, the albums contain photos. The main page of your gallery is an album, it can contain sub-albums and photos.
I'm just going to through some things out there for you to read up on and research:
http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Modules:register
http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Modules:useralbum
http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Modules:replica
Would using those plugins get you anywhere close to what you want?

You are right, that was a little confusing. But, I think you understood what I was getting at. "Register" allows people to create a login, "Useralbum" creates their own album, and "Replica" allows them to select photos from other albums to appear in their own album. Is that right?
Thanks for the help.
