I have been trying to get E-Card to work, which it did temporarily. However I kept going not realising that these were being placed by the hotmail recipient in it's junk mail folder. Test emails still work properly. The permissions for E-Card are set to Everybody. Yet suddenly E-Cart has disappeared from the drop down menu of available Card Actions. Uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in has made no change (apart from resetting the E-Card message etc config table). The webhost is HostPapa. Any ideas please? |

Sorry. I should have said: "Yet suddenly E-Card has disappeared from the drop down menu of available Cart Actions"
Should also have mentioned that I only have one album and it's in the root.

Can you post a link to your site?

First, double check that it's installed or activated. Site Admin > Plugins
If it is installed and activated, can you either post a screenshot of your permissions page or PM me login details and I'll see if I can take a look. I'm betting it's just a setting somewhere.

I'm not sure what I was suppose to see in the word doc, don't know if OpenOffice didn't format it correctly or if the screenshot of the permissions page for the album isn't there. But the permissions I saw don't show user's have the ability to send an eCard.
