I'm having what seems like timeout errors with my gallery installation. I can click on a link and it seems to timeout, however if I click again it comes up immediately. If you browse through Chrome on Windows XP the error gets displayed as ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. I normally use Firefox on Linux and the problem exists there as well (but it just seems to continually try (spinning) forever instead of failing out.) Initially I started to import my photos using GalleryRemote so I didn't have very many photos installed. I used the version of gallery2 that came with Ubuntu (sorry don't have a clue as to the version.) Shortly after I found the album data that used to be an old gallery 2.x install. Thinking that maybe the problem was with the pre-packaged version of Ubuntu I downloaded and manually installed the latest version available at gallery.menalto.com. I then proceeded to have gallery import my old albums directory via the import via Local Server option. This took a while but most of the photos are now up. I haven't changed or installed additional themes (I did so on my first install.) and am using the default Matrix Theme. I've tried using the performance option to cache items, I've also used the build all thumbnails option. I also deleted all caches via the "Site Admin" menu with no results. I installed the Integrity plugin and it didn't report anything. The Events logs are emtpy I've recently gone into the /lib/support menu and deleted all the caches in there as well. Part of the reason for doing this is I'm also having a thumbnail mismatch issue and I'm following some advice given in a previous post. I'm currently doing a build of thumbnails / resizes now. Information that may be useful is posted below, Thanks for any help ================= ========================= Last Run Details: Checked 12719 entities ====================================== |

Clearing all caches via /lib/support and building all thumbs / resizes has not changed anything.

Weirdly enough, the site seems to have sorted itself out. I'll report back if I notice or have any other issues.
