users and admin acount wake up when I click refresh button

	Hi folks, when I register as admin or user, if I need to go to home page, all my account info suddenly disappear and I find myself as guest. but if I click on refresh button it return me back as registered admin or user. why this happen, I delete cache sessions coockies many time.
