multi gallery2 installs, need some help

Gallery version : 2.2.5; 2.2.4; 2.2.5
PHP version 3.0.1

Webserver startlogic.com
Database MySQL - 5.0.51a-log; phpMyAdmin - 2.8.0.1

Operating system (e.g. Linux): vista home
Browser ie8, chrome

I have a website and a picture gallery.

I don’t know a lot about databases and sql and whatnot, so when I tried installing my first gallery I naturally had problems.

I called my web server, and they performed an install and updates for the gallery 2. (this is about 14 months ago)

Fast forward to learning more about webservers/websites/html…blah blah blah

I have two galleries versions 2.2.5; 2.2.4; installed in the exact same place.

(1)Gallery2 v.2.2.5 http://ifitsgot.startlogic.com/gallery2/

What I would like to do is,
A. Make a full back up of all things on my gallery.
B. Fully delete both galleries.
C. Restore all information/pics/users to a newly created (3rd) gallery
Any help is appreciated.

Or if someone is able to do it for me I could pay pall some money to cover the labor?

ok what about doing a full back up then erasing the application G2 off the server, reinstalling the G2 application on the server, and doing a restore of the back up?

if its too big of a hassle, i wont do it, but there has to be a to do a full back up/restore. its got to be as simple as moving from one web server to another, there has to be a way to get the info complete and moved into a separate location..?
