Hi, My name is Neil. I'm new to Gallery. Quick question...is it possible to set the permissions for a group so that the included users are able to view all versions of the images but NOT download or save the images onto their computer? This would be useful for creating two tiers of membership: a free site subscription, which enables users to view and enjoy all of the content; and a paid subscription, which for a very small monthly fee affords the additional privilege of being able to download high-res versions / screen-savers, etc. SYSTEM INFO: Gallery version = 2.2.2 core 1.2.0.4 PHP INFO LINK: http://www.centerfoldnextdoor.com/phpinfo.php Thank you, -Neil Girardi |

No, that's not possible for anything I've ever seen in any software on any website or any operating system. If I can see, I can download, copy, etc. Screenshot at the very least.
If you want to offer something like this the first group would have to not be able to see All Versions. If I can see the full-size original version, I can download it and get it.

Sure, that makes sense. I more or less figured that was the case, but it seemed worthwhile to ask. Thank you for your thoughtful response.
