tags error. How can I download tags.zip?

Hi all,
I have just moved from windows to linux and all went well, except when I ativate the tags mod I get this error in my log

Any idea what is the problem?
I dont want to uninstall as I dont want to lose all my tags data.
I cant find a tags download zip on this site that would let me simply go over all my files.

windows ignores upper case DB tables, I believe Bharat wrote a script http://codex.gallery2.org/Downloads:FixLowercaseFilenames
looks like you may have to hand edit the db tables.

Hi,

FIXED.

Its not just the first letter of the db table that needs changing. for example I had g2_Itemtags which should have been g2_ItemTags.
