Install it if it's there. Add it by clicking on Get More Plugins or download it from here: http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Download#Modules Then go to Site Admin > Plugins and install it.

thanks.. ANd than in the Get More Plugins Why Have some plugins is locked....

That means Gallery can't write to those directories. So the user the webserver runs as can't add or delete files to it. You can change that by having your host either change the ownership of the file so the webserver owns them, which will also mean you can manage that stuff via FTP. Or you can change the permissions on the modules directory and all sub-directories to 777, but once you add a plugin through the Gallery interface the webserver will own it and Gallery by default sets the permission to 755 which means only the webserver can delete it.

OK.. NOW IN comments Registered Users CAN see the ip..how to set Registered Users can not see the ip

They can only see that if they can edit the comment.
