About a month ago I have installed Digibug printing module and was thrilled that there were no problems, so I sent request for one print to test the quality and delivery time.
It is either scam company or it is bankrupt.
I received notice for my order and when I checked my credit card I was charged for it. It has been 3 weeks I havn't received my print in the spite of sending them e-mail with copy of my order. The e-mail always came undelivered as seen here:

Final-Recipient: RFC822;

Action: delayed
Status: 4.4.3
Last-Attempt-Date: Thu, 6 Aug 2009 14:48:25 -0400

When I tried to contact them by phone (listed on the website) I was never connected.
Has anyone tried them? I want to get my money back but I don't know where to turn.
Thanks for any comment WB

This is Digibug: http://www.digibug.com/

Everyonesmile.com is NOT digibug. There are no NS or MX records that even exist for that domain. Which means, no website, no mail servers, just some ahole sitting on a domain. Just reporting my findings. Don't know where you ever got that contact information or address.

oh, wait, looking at that a bit more:

whois everyonesmile.com

Freedman, Maurice

Zaah Technologies, Inc.
6 Dubon Court
Farmingdale, New York 11735
United States
6318732000 Fax --

That's the same contact info as digibug.com, etc, but again, there are still no MX or NS records associated with everyonesmile.com so it really looks like something is messed up.

@wbarek: I've heard from Digibug and somebody from there should respond here as well. They are not sure how you ended up @

, but will be setting up mail forwarding to their regular customer service account. So thanks for bringing this too our/their attention. As an aside every email address I clicked on at digibug.com started an e-mail to

. What would probably be helpful, is when you establish contact with Digibug to give them a screen print of the web page you were using to to try to email them.

@wbarek,
This is Digibug Customer Service. You can reach us at

.

We have received your order for an 8x10 print. This order was flagged during production due to an image retrieval failure. We attempted multiple times to retieve the image from the URL that was provided. Once we determined that the image URL was not working, we sent you an email on July 21 stating the problem with the order and asking how we should proceed. This email was sent to the email address associated with your Digibug account. We di not receive a response to our enquiry.

We will refend your order. We would also like to send you your order free of charge if you can have the image URL working, or send us the image you want printed.

Thank you,
Digibug Customer Service

I have been away, so thus my delay in replying. I would like to thank to all people who helped me with my Digibug issue and I am glad it was resolved. Some hiccup in communication made this an issue. I would like to try again as soon as I receive a test print to evaluate the quality of their prints. Do people have good experience? I like the idea and I have another question regarding the plugin:
1) can you select only certain albums to have printing with Digibu?
2) It seems that only login accounts can print, if you enter as a guest you will get the print icon after view slideshow, but when I clicked on it it came with error dialog:
"Dang... Something went wrong!
We tried really hard, but it's broken.
Talk to your Gallery administrator for help fixing this!"
3) is it something that should have happened?

Thanks again to bharat, tamdal and nivekiam

Originally, only logged in users could print and then there was a change to allow guests to print. If you wouldn't mind opening a ticket for this, i'd appreciate it.

Thanks Nivekiam, No I didn't have the latest and when I upgraded, yes it works, congratulation, the drop down menu options is a nice touch. However, the digibug printing option might not be an issue anymore since I got an email from Digubug suport that they do not ship outside US which is in contradiction to their statement. So I am not sure what sort of games they are playing. On my email reply to them with their statement, I have not received an answer. However, I have another issue, that poped up after the upgrade. Any uploaded images do not display in albums thumbs, when I click on the name link of an image I get the original resolution, but otherwise nothing on albums or individual thumbs.
Thanks W

----Digibug
I am so sorry to inform you but our company does not ship internationally. Upon looking up the order I was able to locate the problem. Unfortunately, our system has no way of notifying us of this problem and allows the order to go through. I do not believe you were charged for the transaction. If there is any other way I can be of service, please feel free to let me know.

---- their ad from 2006
