Installation problem on Step 8: 'Out of memory'

PHP version (e.g. 5.1.6): 5.2.10
PHPInfo Link (see FAQ):
Webserver (e.g. Apache 1.3.33): Apache/2.2.13 (Unix)
Database (e.g. MySql 5.0.32): 5.0.81
Activated toolkits (e.g. NetPbm, GD):
Operating system (e.g. Linux): Server --> Linux / Client --> Windows Vista
Browser (e.g. Firefox 2.0): Firefox 3 and Internet Explorer 8

I got an 'Out of Memory' error on step 8. This is the line of the error.log:

[27-Aug-2009 09:46:03] PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 11534336) (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in [my_path]/modules/core/CoreModuleExtras.inc on line 2202
------------------------------------
The server limit of memory is 64M. The documentation said it's enough.
Any help?
