Gallery Customization

I am new to gallery. I have some knowledge in drupal. I integrated gallery 2.3 to drupal. I want to achieve following. Please provide some guidelines.

1. The gallery front page will have albums shown with a album cover photo based on number of album views.
2. Link for users to create albums.
3. User profile/albums page which lists album based on album views.
4. A sidebar block which lists popular albums based on album views.
5. A sidebar block which lists popular photos based on photo views.

These are the first thing I want to achieve. I may have more questions later. Please help.
