Please help me upload a new album

I know my password & usernam & that I have Gallery 1.6 but that is all I can remember, I haven't been on here for sometime & really need to know how to add a new album into my gallery, onlt problem is that I can't seem to access the site admin area, it says my password is correct but that is it
