Hey, I would like a rss feed that is just random pictures from all over the gallery. I was looking at the code of the RSS module to see were the latest feed was created in the hope of being able to decode it and create a random one. Can someone explain to me how the RSS module works and the best way of going about getting a random feed set up?? Stuart |

I'll add this here as it's all to do with feeds.
I like the idea of being able to generate a random feed. Good thought Stuart,
BUT
My gallery is broken up into specific albums (with lots of sub-albums) for different genres. How can I control the feed at an album level rather than the site level?
In short RSS feeds need to work very similiar to Gallery2 on the album level.
So if the feed a visitor wants is a top level album (Main Page >> Album1 .... lots of sub albums) when they hit the feed button on the Album1 page they will get a list on albums (newest at top) showing the first thumbnail in that album and a link to the album.
I often upload 3 or 4 sub-albums (30 to 40 photographs / sub-album) at a time so the last handful of pictures uploaded in an RSS feed is very limiting.
