Hi,
I've just setup Gallery for the first time and have started playing around. I thought I'd try and upload my jpgs by adding the files to a zip and then use the simple single file upload option. It worked, but obviously the default 8 meg upload limit meant I could only actually have two jpgs in the zip.
I've looked around the Site Admin area but cannot find the place to increase the upload limit. Can someone point me to the right place.
Also, can anyone suggest the most efficient way I could pick out a selection of jpgs from all those in a folder on my PC and upload them to Gallery at a reduced resolution? I only want to use Gallery for friends to view/slideshow my holiday snaps etc. No need for full res. files online.
Many thanks.

That's not a gallery function, but a limitation set at the server. This details how you can possibly change those settings depending on how your host has things configured:
FAQ: Why can't I upload big files (over a megabyte or two)?

Thanks,
Any advice on batch image resizing and bulk uploading?

I use Irfanview to batch resize. For bulk uploading I SFTP the files to the server, then import using the From Local Server method:
