Quote in 'directory name' makes photos disappear

In 3.0b3, I created an album called "School '09". By default, the "Directory Name" came up with "School-'09". After uploading 94 photos to the album, (and coming back the next morning) I find that the album mechanics work, but the photos don't display.

Paying attention to someone's sig-line on posts, I looked at var/logs, and saw the following:

2009-10-01 13:39:55 -04:00 --- error: Uncaught Kohana_404_Exception: The page you requested, file_proxy/Archive/Hugh-Pettey/School-'09/DSC_7451.JPG, could not be found. in file system/core/Kohana.php on line 841

Aha...an htmlencoded char in the file name...oops.

I edited the album, and took the single-quote out of the "Directory Name" field, and checked the file system and found that the directory had been renamed, and the album works correctly.

I had seen this last night, but didn't know what was wrong; I'm relieved to find it being something this easy to work around, and probably this easy to resolve (decoding the path name).
