Synchronize Replica Data & Tag or Keyword as a Menu Tree at Side Bar

Hello Team, I hope you guys are able to help.

I am using Gallery2 for images sharing. I am using Replica function. It's almost perfect for me to replicate the images, however the information I updated on original images are not updated to replicated one. It will be totally perfect if I can make the data such as keyword, tag, etc synchron every times I update the original image or viceversa. Is that possible? If not possible from Gallery2 user interface, how can i do it from MySQl backend?

Second question. How I list tags or keywords as a menu tree at side bar?
