reinstall problems

After successfully installing Gallery2 I had to uninstall and delete all the files due to hiccup (Not sure if I got this uninstall right as i'm new to this). I realize that this might not have been the best option. Now I am reinstalling and can not get past the second step


Gallery version (not just "2.2"):
PHP version (e.g. 5.2.9):
PHPInfo Link (see FAQ):unsure what this is
Webserver (e.g. Apache 2.2.11 (Unix)):
Database (e.g. MySql 5.0.81-community):
Activated toolkits (e.g. NetPbm, GD):not sure what this is
Operating system (e.g. Linux):
Browser (e.g. Firefox 2.0):

This is the error that I get after submitting the second step:
exec returned an error status Archive: /home/anysport/public_html/gallery2.zip
