cannot upload photos

	hi, i just installed gallery3. when i click on 'add photo' to an album i created, the lightbox/ajax window opens up and shows me an 'Upload Queue': but nothing more happens! i've seen the screenshots, i don't get the 'Select photos...' button that can be seen here: UX link I've tried chromium and ffox on ubuntu jaunty. what am i doing wrong? do i need to set permission on the var folder?
