Hello, I do not have much hope but it is worth a question anyway... I have installed and configured Gallery2 to my needs offline on my local machine using Apache server. I am now happy the way it looks and works and uploaded the whole thing to my webserver (so far with just three pictures to test it). I also made a dump from my local database that has the same name, user and password as the one on the webserver and imported the data into it. If I now go to www.mydomain.com/gallery2/main.php it comes back with "Page cannot be displayed". Well, the URL changed to localhost/gallery2/main.php and I guess this is because I configured everything locally. Is there a way to upload the final gallery or do I have to do all the configuration online? In general, I don't work like this, I always develop my stuff locally and upload when applicable so I have not even thought about that this could be an issue. Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks and regards, |
