Welcome to Beta software
Since B3 was released there have been some pretty major changes to CSS (and other things) and those 3rd party, user contributed themes may or may not have been updated:

got it, thanks, beta is always fun.
I do, however get the same errors in the default theme, and other errors, like misplace images, overlapping text, wrong behavior with the album menu (the one where you can delete the album),
is it the default theme also out of date?

Can you switch to the default theme and post a link to your site?
I've only seen the misplaced images (photo on the photo page pushed to the right). That's related to the css changes and the developer working on it has been notified.

O.k. the current issues I'm seeing on your install is the same as those I'm seeing. The developer in charge of that is aware.
