I would like to be able to add tags from under the picture. I am pretty sure it worked for me at one time but I cannot get it to work now. The codex says...
"Tags can be added from under the pictures (Theme needs to display the summaries)"
But I can't figure out what that means?
I'm on Gallery 2.3, Matrix Theme, with Edit Tags permission enabled.

Yes, the tags are there, but I am talking about the edit box to enter new tags. Isn't there some way to make that appear under the pictures?

I installed that module, now I see what you're talking about. That box is not on the photo page itself, but under the thumbnail. It's talking about allowing summaries to be shown on the album page, which should be the case by default.
