How to adjust these lines?

I am using the standard matrix theme, I have changed some of the colors but there is one line that I did nothing to but change the color and it hangs down just a tad too long. I want to shorten it so it is even "see the arrow" I also want to make all of the lines a little bit thicker. Can anyone help me here? Thanks

Sorry but I don't understand what that "sticky" is about. I do not know a whole lot about editing and lucky to get where I am now.

Edit your color.css
.gcBorder1 { border-color: #ff9900 !important; border-right-color: white !important }If you need more help you will have to ask a friend that know CSS to assist or read up on editing css. It is really quite easy if you watch the video suggested on the FF and web dev site.
