ADD REQUIRED FIELD checkout by email

Hi again, as you can see from the subject of this forum, I would like to know if its possible to make name and phone number required in checkout by email module. Does anyone know the script? Thanks

I don't have the address, I'm afraid, but the search engine should find it. It was quite a long-winded answer, I seem to remember.
