je voudrais changer l'adresse par défaut du site qui est aujourd'hui 127.0.0.1 et y mettre mon ip fixe

ps j'aimerais bien trouver de la doc en francais ou un forum en francais

There are not docs in French or a French forum that I know of.

To change the internet address, edit the value for baseURI at the bottom of config.php
