I have been unsuccesful in repairing my gallery installation & my host server has advised as follows:

The support ticket you entered into the control panel of Servage Hosting has been modified.
The following reply has been written to your ticket:
Hello Ray,

Yes I replicated your issue the Gallery is showing Blank page . I am very sorry to say its very difficult to debug the third party scripts as we have investigated but could not find any reason why its showing a blank page whereas http://shedwest.com.au/gallery1/IMG_2372.JPG is working good.

I will request you to reinstall the Gallery and establish the connection with existing database.

Hope this will solve the error.

Thank you! :)

Kind Regards
Julie, Support
Servage Hosting

How do I go about a reinstall & establish the connection with the existing database ?
As you can read I'm a newby !

Well we should troubleshoot first before starting over.
Howmany items do you have? It might be easier to start over.
Is this the url to your gallery: http://shedwest.com.au/gallery1/ ?

What did you do to 'repair'?
http://shedwest.com.au/gallery1/lib/support does not work, perhaps the error will give you a clue.

Dave

Hi Dave
Yes that is my url.
Sorry but being new to this the error code dosen't speak my language ! have no idea what that means.
Only have about 50 pictures on the page so maybe it is easier to start over, what is the easiest way to remove all the old folders from the shedwest home dir folder ?
For some reason the folder contains 5 gallery folders :Gallery
gallery
gallery1
gallery1xxxxbackup
gallery1xxxxbackup

Yes, it will be easier to start over for this.
delete the DB and g2data directory and start over.
make sure you are using G2.3
