Views are not being added to images

When I click on a photo that is using image block the views do not register in the gallery. This is important for me because I have a section for most viewed on my home page. Site: http://www.ratethepresidents.com Thanks, |

If you have any caching going on (Site Admin > Performance), the changes to view counts are not displayed immediately.
Clicking on the image block and just visiting the page that has the resized image on it should increment the view count. Also view counts are not incremented every time the images are viewed by the same person, they need to delete their cookies or wait 24 hours. Views are only counted once per person per day per picture.

Hey got another question: Say i wanted it to say votes and not views. Where would i change that. I'm looking for like a language file but cant seem to find.

Possibly here:
/modules/core/templates/blocks/ItemInfo.tpl
and also maybe here:
/modules/imageblock/templates/ImageBlock.tpl
Be sure to read this about editing template files. 2.3 will probably be the last version of G2 released so you probably won't need to worry about an upgrade, but if you ever need to reinstall your changes will be overwritten if you don't follow the guidelines:
