Create an album into a link

I have a gallery with multiple albums with each album having a thumbnail as their link. One album in particular, instead of being an album, I want it to just be a link to an external website. Is this possible?

The album is the "Dallas / Ft Worth Chapter 2" Album shown here.

I would like that picture to be a link to an external website instead of another album.
