Create a "top album" for every registered user

I want every user to have his own album (with his user name) and adding sub-albums under that.

Thanks it ok now. But the name of the album is :Almum user name (and not album user)

The name of the album is the user's name. Album: is just a prefix that can be removed by editing a file or two.
