[SOLVED] Can't get back to main gallery page

I believe I've checked the wrong box somewhere, and I can no longer edit albums or even return to the main gallery page.

Even when I enter http://mysite.com/gallery/main.php in my browser, it immediately redirects to /gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=21

I've tried using a different browser, but the same problem occurs.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

That's just redirecting to the installer
