I am also very interested in having my users fill out additional info when they post a photo. I need about 5 more fields to go with each. Can someone show me an example of this or perhaps some posts I may have missed regarding this issue?

This is part of gallery 1.3.4 or greater. Just click on custom fields in the albums.
