Header Coding Help Please

I am having trouble coding the Theme.tpl file to get all my images lined up and linking to their appropriate pages. attached are the image files and the theme.tpl. {just rename theme.jpg to theme.tpl}

I took out all the code that i tried to put in the theme.tpl cause it just wouldnt work when i tried to code it with all the images and links in it. So its just up with my basic image in the header.

Any help would be much appreciated. thank you

First you need to generate a page that has the items and links to your various pages. Regular HTML should do.
Once you have that then you can edit a template file.
