Database hosed?

I've got a gallery set up with multiple users/groups and ran into a problem today. One of the users created a new album and now the top navigation shows links to other users albums, photos within other albums and then to the new album that was created (hard to explain and make sense, I know).

Here's a link to the user's main album. Click on the "Fall 09" album and look at the navigation links at the top.

Also, when he tries to add a photo to the gallery it always comes up as a "bad image file" in the upload box.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
