How do I integrate Gallery2 to phpbb?

So how do I do this? I've found dozens of so called tutorials online, but I need one in Laymans terms. I know nothing about this, so please be kind. Thanks in advance.

I found those first. Those are still too complicated for me. My forum is hosted by powweb, which gives no help. Also, all the tutorials I've found show I need access to terminal, which powweb doesnt give access to. Are there any tutorials tht are more simple? Would someone care to give me some personal help? Please?

I just looked at the second link again. It just seems to be links and downloads. Is there something I'm missing?
