Gallery feature question

Hi!

I am considering implementing Gallery for a web site I am building. Can gallery be configured to allow web site users, registered or unregistered, to upload and tag images? If yes, great - if not, what other options might you be willing to suggest?

Yes you can have unregistered users upload and tag images.

Is that a good idea? Porn photos from who knows.
