remove from uploadapplet "Resize pictures before upload"

How do I remove from uploadapplet the ability (checkbox) to "Resize pictures before upload"

"Summary"
"Description"

I have translated the applet to my language by modifying the GRResources.properties just how can I tweak it?

The resize does not work if the user does not have imagemagick on local PC "mageMagick could not be found" error.
