Your memory limit is still 16M

okay i got thumbs now working. There came another problem , when i uploaded pictures to gallery and when i move mouse cursor to one of the pictures ... other thumbs starts to move down up and side ways...

Upgrade to the latest experimental code, that's been fixed. Follow the tips about unpacking the code EXACTLY Otherwise you'll end up with some other odd artifacts. http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3:Upgrading
And stop using IE

Okay, i updated code and it works. But now im having still the same problem as before. Thumbnails are not showing.

Oh and were did you change the setting for php memory? If that was in your old gallery3 directory you may need to re-apply those changes.

Your memory limit is set to 16M, I'd try upping that to 32M to see if that makes a difference:
