[SOLVED] Why you can't see my thumbnail (or better: a broken windows)?

Hi to all.
I'm a new Gallery2's user and I need an help.

When an user insert a picture on my Gallery, we see a broken window, but if you click on it you can see the picture.

Can you help me? (here you can understand me: http://galleria.xcodeitalia.org - is not spam, but only for better understanding).

i'm also a new Gallery2 user. i have figured out how to make an album, add items, and move items into the album. but, i can't get thumbnails to work. i've tried going the maintenance area to clear the cache but that hasn't helped.

here is the information you need to help me troubleshoot:

hi nivekiam,

1. i've uninstalled all of the above plugins EXCEPT ArchiveUpload and LinkItemToolkit as i could not find these items anywhere on the page (i used the FIND function in Firefox to try to locate these)

2. i went to ImageMagik and ran the test: all passed.

Great! Now you can go through an re-install any plugins you want to use. But as for the actual image toolkits (ImageMagick, NetPBM, GD) only leave ImageMagick installed. Do not install NetPBM and GD. There is no benefit to that.

If you install Square Thumb and jpegtran and have problems and really want square thumbnails, then uninstall jpegtran.
